Our principal office at 13032 Cliff Road, Kingston, Oklahoma 73439 is located within an SBA-designated Qualified HUBZone under the Indian Country designation (Chickasaw Nation lands). Under the July 2023 SBA HUBZone map revision, this designation is structurally fixed through at least July 2028 — unlike census-tract HUBZones, tribal-land designations do not change based on year-over-year economic indicators.

For federal agencies and cardholder buyers
Most of our product catalog falls under the federal micro-purchase threshold ($10,000 under FAR 2.101), which allows authorized cardholder buyers to purchase without competitive quoting. For in-scope items:

For state, local, tribal, and education buyers
Email support@stokvane.com with the subject line "SLED quote" including the same information. We stock a broad electronics and consumer catalog and can supply against most common SLED requirements. Tax exemption: provide your exemption certificate and we will reissue the invoice with sales tax removed.
Payment
We accept government purchase cards, ACH payment against PO, and standard commercial credit card. Net-30 invoicing is available for verified agency buyers on request.

Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on a business day ship the same day from our Kingston, Oklahoma warehouse. Orders placed after 2 PM Central or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
