Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day ship the same business day from our Kingston, Oklahoma warehouse. Orders after that cutoff ship the next business day. Weekends and major US holidays are not business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard transit is 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can also check order status under your account (if you created one at checkout) or by replying to the order confirmation email.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited options are available at checkout on select products. For urgent orders outside the listed options (including government rush orders), email support@stokvane.com with your order details and deadline.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

20-day return window from the date of delivery. Full refund on unopened, unused items in original packaging. No restocking fees. Items returned in a condition different than shipped (opened, used, damaged, or missing components) may be subject to partial refund based on condition tier. Full return policy here.

How do I start a return?

Email support@stokvane.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with a return authorization and shipping label within one business day.

Do you offer exchanges?

We process returns and new purchases separately — there's no in-platform exchange flow. If you want a different product, return the original per the policy above and place a new order for the replacement.

Products & Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

100% authentic. Every product we sell is sourced direct from authorized distributors, shipped factory-sealed, and inspected before leaving our warehouse. We do not sell gray market, counterfeit, refurbished, or remanufactured items unless a listing explicitly states so in its title.

Where do you source from?

Authorized distributors, official manufacturer channels, and reputable liquidation partners for clearance or close-out merchandise. When we run clearance items, we disclose the source condition in the listing.

Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Most products include the standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims; we'll provide the proof-of-purchase if needed.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?

Contact support@stokvane.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the item received. We'll ship a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Payment & Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay gives you faster checkout and installment payment options on eligible orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end via SSL. We do not store your card information on our servers.

Do you accept purchase orders or net terms?

Yes, for qualifying government and enterprise buyers. Federal, state, local, tribal, and education agencies are welcome. Email support@stokvane.com with subject "Government quote" or "Net terms request" with your buyer details.

Government & Compliance

Are you Section 889 compliant?

Yes. TyTred Services LLC DBA Stokvane holds a current FAR 52.204-24 representation with Parts A and B both marked "Does not provide" and "Does not use," signed April 2026, valid 12 months. Federal contracting officers and cardholder buyers can request a fresh signed copy by emailing support@stokvane.com with subject "Section 889 representation request." Response within one business day.

What small business certifications do you hold?

SupplierGateway Supplier Impact Certification (cert SG10244138712402), Digital Identity Verified, Small Business, valid February 2026 through February 2027. Verifiable at suppliergateway.com/verifycert. Our principal office is also located in an SBA-designated Qualified HUBZone (Indian Country / Chickasaw Nation designation).

Do you accept federal purchase cards?

Yes. Federal cardholder buyers can place orders directly through the site or request a formal quote via support@stokvane.com. For the full government procurement package, see our Government Buyers page.

Can you support bulk orders or contract purchasing?

Yes. Email support@stokvane.com with subject "Bulk quote" or "Contract inquiry" including items, quantities, ship-to location, and any additional compliance attestations required (TAA, Berry Amendment, Buy American, etc.). We verify and quote within one business day.
