Shipping Policy
We ship every order from our warehouse in Kingston, Oklahoma. All orders include tracking, and we process most orders within 1 business day.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time (Monday through Friday): ship same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM Central, weekends, or holidays: ship next business day
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, not from order placement. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, destination, and selected method.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your package ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow delivery progress.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally, please contact support@stokvane.com before placing your order and we will advise whether we can accommodate your request.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking indicates your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@stokvane.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and will either reship the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the delivery address through the carrier. Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If you need to change the delivery address on an order that has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@stokvane.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but once a shipping label has been printed we cannot guarantee an address change.
